How It Works

1. Scheduled runs pick new companies from your Google Sheet.
2. Retrieves Apollo Company IDs and builds search filters for procurement titles and seniorities.
3. Queries the Apollo API for relevant contacts.
4. Enriches contact details (email, phone) using Apollo’s Match API.
5. Appends or updates contacts in your Google Sheet and marks companies as processed.
6. Sends webhook updates and Telegram notifications for errors or new leads.

Setup Requirements

• n8n instance
• Apollo API key
• Google Sheets with read/write access
• Telegram Bot token (optional)

How to Set It Up

1. Import the workflow into your n8n instance.
2. Configure Google Sheets OAuth2 credentials for input and output sheets.
3. Add your Apollo API key via HTTP Header Auth.
4. (Optional) Set up Telegram Bot credentials to get alerts.
5. Map the sheet columns as required.
6. Activate the workflow and let it run automatically.
